With Eve Energy, you can turn existing electrical appliances into part of your smart home without replacing them. Once you plug a device into the Eve Energy smart plug, you can control it via your smart home platform, even when you’re not at home. This transforms a regular appliance into a smart solution that fits seamlessly into your daily routines.

The Eve Energy smart plug can also be included in automations and scenes. This way, you can switch devices on or off automatically at set times, when you arrive home, or as part of a smart scene with multiple devices at once.

The plug includes a physical button that lets you switch the connected device on or off locally. This ensures you always have direct control, even without an app or voice control.

Eve Energy Matter smart plug with Thread

The Eve Energy smart plug supports Matter. With Eve Energy Matter, you can easily connect the smart plug to popular smart home platforms such as Apple Home, Google Home, Amazon Alexa and Samsung SmartThings.

To use Eve Energy with Matter, a compatible smart hub or Thread Border Router is required. This hub enables communication between the Eve Energy smart plug and your smart home platform.

In addition to Matter, Eve Energy uses Thread. The smart plug strengthens the Thread network, allowing other Thread devices to respond faster and making your smart home more reliable.

Energy monitoring with Eve Energy

With Eve Energy, you get insight into the energy consumption of connected devices. You can see how much power a device uses and track consumption over a longer period. This information is clearly displayed in the Eve for Matter app, available for iOS via the App Store and for Android via the Google Play Store. This helps you identify standby power usage and makes it easier to use energy more efficiently.
