Want to read an e-mail from work? Or checking the latest news? These stimuli can lead to stress and keep you from sleeping. Finally, the radiation from your phone would also inhibit your sleep. No television or telephone before bedtime is best. After all, blue light disrupts the production of melatonin. Are you still wedded to swiping through your Instagram feed before you go to bed? The voice gradually fades away, and you fall asleep peacefully.
