Where are we shipping to?

Currently we are shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, France and UK mainland (Wales, England, Scotland). We are not (yet) shipping to other countries.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is entirely free! We'll cover the shipping costs! As soon as we can deliver, your order will be delivered to your home free of charge. Regardless of the value of your order.

What is the delivery time?

Our delivery time differs per product category. You will find the corresponding delivery time on the product page.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation from us through e-mail. You will also be kept informed of the status of your order in this way or you also check the status on your customer account by logging in. On the day of shipment, you will always receive a track-and-trace to keep track of the exact delivery time. Are you unable to be home and do you want your order to be delivered at another time? That is possible. Simply inform our parcel service UPS about your desired delivery time.

Should I be present at home at the moment of delivery?

Yes, someone has to be present when your order is delivered. Therefore, you will be informed in advance about the expected time of delivery. Would you like to change the time of delivery? Please notify our parcel service UPS.

Which parcel service delivers my order?

We collaborate together with UPS for the transport and delivery of our products.
