Did you accidentally make a measuring error and received a non-fitting product? Don't panic! We will send you a new product free of charge. Below you can read how to make use of our Smartblinds measuring insurance.
If you provided incorrect measurements when ordering and your product doesn't fit (see conditions), you have the possibilty to use the Smartblinds measuring insurance up to 2 weeks after receiving your product(s). Please contact our customer service to make use of the measuring insurance.

Use of the measurement insurance is possible up to 2 weeks after receiving the product(s).

Valid maximum 1 time per order.
Conditions for mounting inside the recess:
The measurement insurance is only valid if the product does not fit in the window recess due to a measurement error. Is the product too small and does it fit in the window? Then the measurement insurance is not valid.
Conditions for mounting outside the recess:
Measurement insurance is only valid if the product does not cover the entire window recess due to a measurement error. Is the product too big or are you not satisfied with the overlap? Then the measurement insurance is not valid.
Has the product been measured too small and a larger product is required? Then you will be charged for the price difference due to the larger size.
