How to use the Smartblinds measuring insurance?

If you provided incorrect measurements when ordering and your product doesn't fit inside your recess, you have the possibilty to use the Smartblinds measuring insurance up to 2 weeks after receiving your product(s). Please contact our customer service to make use of the measuring insurance.


  • Only valid if a product does not fit within the window recess due to a measurement error.
  • Valid up to 2 weeks after receiving product(s).
  • Shipping costs apply.
  • Has the product been measured too small and a larger product is required? Then you will be charged for the price difference due to the larger size.
  • Valid maximum 1 time per order.
