At Smartblinds, we highly care about providing excellent service to our customers. We do everything in our power to make ordering smartblinds as easy and safe as possible. However, did you still experienced our service as unpleasant and do you wish to make a complaint? We will describe you how to file a complaint below. Despite the fact that complaints are never fun, we still appreciate it largely. It eventually helps us to improve our service. Besides that, we will do everything we can to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible!

How do I file a complaint?

Did you receive a product that is not what you expected or did you experience our service as unpleasant? Of course this should not be the case, so we will try to solve this as soon as possible. Simply report your complaint by sending an e-mail to service@smartblinds.com. In order to solve your case as soon as possible, we would like to receive a complaint that contains the following information:

    Your order number
    The name of the product
    A description of the complaint
    Pictures or video of the complaint
